1. Refund for Non-Matching Products:

 

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. We offer refunds only in cases where the received product does not match the description provided on our website. If you believe you have received a product that doesn't meet the specified description, please contact us at info@perfume-egypt.com within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the refund process.

2. Return Period:

 

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return for eligible items. Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

4. Returns for Reasons Other Than Description Mismatch:

 

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than a description mismatch, you will be eligible for a 70% refund of the product price. Please note that in such cases, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refund Process:
